Chanel Jewelry Supply Chain Coordinator

- Oversee the delivery tracking of a selection of Jewelry and Fine Jewelry workshops.
- Collaborate closely with Development, Stone Service, Planning, Quality, and Finance teams within the Watches and Fine Jewelry Division.
- Ensure clear and effective communication with workshops to maintain reliable delivery schedules for finished products.
- Participate in the implementation of the supply strategy, optimizing production capacities of workshops.
- Coordinate, analyze, and communicate supply alerts to internal teams, anticipating needs and creating appropriate indicators.
- Enhance coordination with Planning teams to adjust workshop orders according to stock objectives.
- Manage the tracking and availability of special orders for clients.
- Lead and execute a continuous improvement action plan for tools to achieve objectives.
- Develop collaborative relationships with workshops to achieve defined quantitative goals.
- Identify production flows and define capacity calculation methods with workshops.
- Create a dynamic calculation tool to anticipate workload peaks and propose action plans.
- Assist workshops in identifying production flows and stages to build a reliable load/capacity tracking tool.
- Provide monthly production plan updates, explaining variations and anticipating impacts.
- Monitor development schedules for new products in collaboration with Development and Planning teams.
- Analyze the impact of development schedule shifts on production and communicate these impacts.
- Ensure timely delivery of all launch quantities with appropriate tracking tools.
- Implement tools and processes to monitor the progress of new products.
- Ensure system updates according to collaborative schedules with various teams, maintaining data quality.
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Recent graduate or 1-2 years of experience in production planning, supply chain, or a related field.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing environments.
- Strong analytical skills and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis with advanced knowledge of Power BI, Excel, and ideally ERP systems.
- Ability to facilitate work sessions with diverse stakeholders.
Recent graduate or 1-2 years of experience in production planning, supply chain, or a related field.
Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
