1. Oversee the delivery tracking of a selection of Jewelry and Fine Jewelry workshops.
2. Collaborate closely with Development, Stone Service, Planning, Quality, and Finance teams within the Watches and Fine Jewelry Division.
3. Ensure clear and effective communication with workshops to maintain reliable delivery schedules for finished products.
4. Participate in the implementation of the supply strategy, optimizing production capacities of workshops.
5. Coordinate, analyze, and communicate supply alerts to internal teams, anticipating needs and creating appropriate indicators.
6. Enhance coordination with Planning teams to adjust workshop orders according to stock objectives.
7. Manage the tracking and availability of special orders for clients.
8. Lead and execute a continuous improvement action plan for tools to achieve objectives.
9. Develop collaborative relationships with workshops to achieve defined quantitative goals.
10. Identify production flows and define capacity calculation methods with workshops.
11. Create a dynamic calculation tool to anticipate workload peaks and propose action plans.
12. Assist workshops in identifying production flows and stages to build a reliable load/capacity tracking tool.
13. Provide monthly production plan updates, explaining variations and anticipating impacts.
14. Monitor development schedules for new products in collaboration with Development and Planning teams.
15. Analyze the impact of development schedule shifts on production and communicate these impacts.
16. Ensure timely delivery of all launch quantities with appropriate tracking tools.
17. Implement tools and processes to monitor the progress of new products.
18. Ensure system updates according to collaborative schedules with various teams, maintaining data quality.

1. Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
2. Recent graduate or 1-2 years of experience in production planning, supply chain, or a related field.

1. Flexibility and adaptability to changing environments.
2. Strong analytical skills and interpersonal abilities.
3. Proficiency in data analysis with advanced knowledge of Power BI, Excel, and ideally ERP systems.
4. Ability to facilitate work sessions with diverse stakeholders.

Recent graduate or 1-2 years of experience in production planning, supply chain, or a related field.

Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
