- Lead the resolution of issues and improvement requests for repetitive product series.
- Manage the progress of Series Life projects from design to pilot lot validation.
- Identify and address improvement points in development and manufacturing processes.
- Update product specifications to incorporate optimizations or new standards.
- Implement technical and scheduling optimizations to meet aesthetic, quality, cost, and timeline objectives.
- Update technical product information and track development in the PLM system.
- Communicate product development information with partners.
- Define and manage the product development schedule.
- Coordinate and lead the internal project team.
- Ensure quality relationships with all external partners.
- Oversee the development and sourcing of generic and specific packaging for Jewelry and Watch collections.
- Guarantee the development and sourcing strategy, following product development from prototype to pre-series validation.
- Support the implementation of the manufacturing process, adhering to cost, quality, and timeline criteria, while managing risk analyses and action plans.
- Compile the specifications by consulting relevant stakeholders.
- Evaluate the best sourcing strategy based on product characteristics and timelines.
- Inform and coordinate various stakeholders throughout the project (manufacturers, Studios, quality, supply chain).
- Update the manufacturing/methods file by integrating data from designated workshops.
- Maintain quality relationships with all external partners.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent with a specialization in mechanics and/or packaging.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management for jewelry/watch products and/or luxury packaging.
- Proficiency in jewelry and/or watchmaking processes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, adaptability, and listening ability.
- Rigor, reliability, and organizational skills.
- Priority management and autonomy.
- Multi-project management capability.
- Analytical skills for plan dossiers.
- Technical curiosity, initiative, and proactivity.
- Knowledge of 3D reading tools (eDrawings).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with PLM tools is appreciated.
- Fluency in English is required.
A minimum of 3 years in project management within the jewelry/watchmaking or luxury packaging sectors is required.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent with a specialization in mechanics and/or packaging.
