1. Lead the development of metallic jewelry components from sourcing to production master validation.
2. Manage a portfolio of jewelry projects, ensuring alignment with product development managers.
3. Translate project needs into technical specifications and create detailed product sheets and technical drawings.
4. Guide suppliers in the development of new jewelry pieces, adhering to timelines and budget constraints.
5. Ensure accurate codification and maintenance of the article reference system.
6. Negotiate production pricing with suppliers.
7. Coordinate qualification operations with the quality service, maintaining communication with suppliers and internal teams.
8. Participate in risk analysis and mitigation strategies.
9. Maintain regular presence at supplier locations.
10. Drive innovation research and implementation.
11. Synchronize resources and stakeholders for project success.
12. Engage in client-initiated projects related to metallic components.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering (Bac +5 equivalent).
2. Minimum of 5 years experience in metallic component development.
3. In-depth understanding of development processes.

1. Strong project management and leadership skills.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
3. Proficiency in office software and CAD tools.
4. Fluency in Italian is advantageous.

A minimum of 5 years in the development of metallic components, with a deep understanding of French and/or Italian industry players.

Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering (Bac +5 equivalent).
