Chanel IT Support Lead

- Provide tailored and high-level IT support to Leadership Team users in France, including the CEO and Global Leadership Team.
- Gather user needs and advise on suitable hardware and software solutions.
- Prepare and deliver IT equipment such as PCs, Macs, iPhones, and iPads.
- Train users on IT tools and communicate best practices.
- Monitor and manage requests and incidents, resolving or escalating as necessary.
- Conduct proactive analysis of installed hardware and software to anticipate needs.
- Support strategic meetings in France and potentially abroad.
- Ensure the completeness of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) for Leadership Team users.
- Continuously adapt and improve the support offer for Leadership Team users.
- Participate in deployment projects, analyzing impacts and adapting communication.
- Write knowledge base articles for Leadership Team Support.
- Provide extended support for Leadership Team users globally, including remote support and coordination with local technicians.
- Identify improvement areas for Business Priority users and monitor support quality.
- Proficiency in Mac and Windows environments, as well as mobile technologies.
- In-depth knowledge of collaboration and communication tools such as Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Experience with the Service Now ITSM solution.
- Experience in office support and operational excellence.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.
- Proactive and initiative-driven mindset with a strong sense of service and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a complex environment and manage crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
- Ability to train and support high-level users.

Experience in IT support, particularly in high-level user environments, is required.
