Chanel IT Support Analyst (Apprenticeship) — Wholesale Europe

- Provide frontline (L1/L2) IT support to wholesale teams across Europe, resolving hardware, software and connectivity incidents.
- Manage and triage tickets through the IT service management system; escalate and coordinate with second-line engineers and external vendors as required.
- Administer user accounts and access rights, including workstation provisioning, credentials and basic directory services tasks.
- Support point-of-sale devices, mobile sales tools and collaboration platforms used by wholesale clients and internal commercial teams.
- Document incidents, resolutions and standard operating procedures; contribute to knowledge base articles and onboarding materials.
- Participate in IT projects and rollouts for wholesale operations, including testing, user training and localized deployment support.
- Currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Information Systems, Computer Science, IT or a related discipline and eligible for alternance/apprenticeship in France.
- Strong customer service orientation with clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical problem-solving mindset and ability to manage multiple incidents under SLAs.
- Comfortable working across time zones and liaising with multilingual stakeholders; adaptability to a luxury retail/wholesale environment.
- Familiarity with basic directory services, desktop operating systems and corporate collaboration tools.

Previous internship or 6–12 months practical experience in an IT support or helpdesk role is preferred; exposure to retail or wholesale IT environments is advantageous but not required.
Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT or a closely related field; eligible for alternance/apprenticeship contracts in France.
