- Develop and implement the vision for the Buying Mode solution.
- Gather and challenge business needs in collaboration with business teams.
- Guide business teams in qualifying and prioritizing needs, drafting AS-IS and TO-BE processes.
- Manage the functional roadmap of the solution, coordinating mobile applications, microservices, and front-ends.
- Oversee the backlog construction, animation, and maintenance across all technologies.
- Coordinate project evolutions, including scoping, specifications, testing, deployment, and solution integration.
- Manage communication regarding the solution within the IT ecosystem and across Chanel.
- Ensure comprehensive knowledge of the solution, including technical and functional aspects.
- Conduct impact studies for solution modifications and recommend approaches.
- Act as the N3 relay for critical incidents requiring supervision and communication.
- Supervise data quality and integration between systems (ERP, PIM, PLM, Data Lake).
- Ensure quality delivery of solution evolutions and maintain solution stability and performance.
- Govern solution documentation and manage user rights.
- Train and support key users in tool adoption.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role (Project Manager of complex IT solutions, Solution Owner, Application Manager).
- Experience with order-taking/eCommerce solutions.
- Knowledge of headless architectures and microservices is advantageous.
- Strong project management and IT solution administration skills.
- General IT knowledge (Azure, integration, SI architecture, BI) and data understanding.
- Analytical thinking and leadership.
- Autonomy and organizational skills.
- User-oriented service mindset.
- Ability to work in dynamic and demanding environments.
- Collaborative spirit and strong communication skills with both business and technical profiles.
A minimum of 10 years in a similar position, with experience in managing complex IT solutions and order-taking/eCommerce systems.
Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Digital, or equivalent.
