1. Develop and implement the vision for the Buying Mode solution.
2. Gather and challenge business needs in collaboration with business teams.
3. Guide business teams in qualifying and prioritizing needs, drafting AS-IS and TO-BE processes.
4. Manage the functional roadmap of the solution, coordinating mobile applications, microservices, and front-ends.
5. Oversee the backlog construction, animation, and maintenance across all technologies.
6. Coordinate project evolutions, including scoping, specifications, testing, deployment, and solution integration.
7. Manage communication regarding the solution within the IT ecosystem and across Chanel.
8. Ensure comprehensive knowledge of the solution, including technical and functional aspects.
9. Conduct impact studies for solution modifications and recommend approaches.
10. Act as the N3 relay for critical incidents requiring supervision and communication.
11. Supervise data quality and integration between systems (ERP, PIM, PLM, Data Lake).
12. Ensure quality delivery of solution evolutions and maintain solution stability and performance.
13. Govern solution documentation and manage user rights.
14. Train and support key users in tool adoption.

1. Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role (Project Manager of complex IT solutions, Solution Owner, Application Manager).
2. Experience with order-taking/eCommerce solutions.
3. Knowledge of headless architectures and microservices is advantageous.
4. Strong project management and IT solution administration skills.
5. General IT knowledge (Azure, integration, SI architecture, BI) and data understanding.
