Chanel IT Retail and CRM Project Manager

- Define and manage the roadmap for the deployment of Retail and CRM applications, including ORACLE POS, Clienteling, and CRM systems across multiple countries.
- Autonomously manage all stages of new project implementations, from contract negotiation to testing and support.
- Ensure technical and functional consistency of the Omnichannel Retail-CRM-Digital ecosystem, including eCommerce solutions.
- Collaborate with Digital teams and eCommerce IT Project Managers to implement Omnichannel solutions and provide backup support.
- Define and implement interfaces between Boutique solutions in collaboration with suppliers and partners.
- Conduct testing of solutions, upgrades, and bug fixes, including interface testing.
- Implement specific platforms such as cash registers and electronic banking in collaboration with European IT teams.
- Monitor and ensure excellence in Boutique Support, coordinating with Retail Europe Customer Service and local IT teams.
- Contribute to systems and technology aspects for Boutique openings, renovations, and relocations.
- Five years of higher education in engineering.
- Successful experience in managing IT projects in Retail and CRM, ideally in the fashion or luxury goods sector.
- Strong CRM technical and functional expertise, with Salesforce as a plus.
- Proficiency in POS systems such as ORACLE XSTORE & SIOCS or CEGID CBR-Y2.
- Knowledge of SQL queries, scripts, ETL, and web services.
- Fluency in French and English; Spanish, Portuguese, or German is advantageous.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and change management skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Multitasking and prioritization skills in a high-paced environment.
- Analytical and synthesis skills.
- Technical curiosity and adaptability.
- Autonomy, proactivity, and team spirit.
Minimum of five years managing IT projects in the Retail and CRM field, preferably within the fashion or luxury goods sector.
Five years of higher education in engineering.
