Chanel IT Project Assistant (Work‑Study)

1. Support the IT project manager in planning, tracking and reporting on AI and online innovation initiatives for the Fragrance & Beauty perimeter.
2. Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders (product, marketing, data science, e‑commerce, operations) to ensure milestones and deliverables are met.
3. Contribute to preparation and follow‑up of workshops, requirement specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria.
4. Assist in vendor follow‑up, procurement documentation and validation of technical deliverables.
5. Participate in the execution of pilots and proofs‑of‑concept for AI use cases, including test scenarios and basic data validation.
6. Maintain project documentation, dashboards and meeting notes (status reports, risk registers, timelines).
7. Support change management activities: user training materials, communication and adoption tracking.
8. Help monitor project KPIs and prepare executive summaries for stakeholders.

1. Enrollment in a French or international university programme (Bachelor or Master) in Computer Science, Data Science, Digital Project Management, Engineering or equivalent (alternance/work‑study eligible).
2. Strong interest in AI, machine learning concepts and digital product development.
3. Excellent organisational skills and rigor in documentation and follow‑up.
4. Fluent French and professional working proficiency in English.
5. Good interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities across technical and business teams.
6. Proficiency with Excel and presentation tools; familiarity with Agile methods.
