Chanel IT Project Assistant (Work‑Study)

- Support the IT project manager in planning, tracking and reporting on AI and online innovation initiatives for the Fragrance & Beauty perimeter.
- Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders (product, marketing, data science, e‑commerce, operations) to ensure milestones and deliverables are met.
- Contribute to preparation and follow‑up of workshops, requirement specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Assist in vendor follow‑up, procurement documentation and validation of technical deliverables.
- Participate in the execution of pilots and proofs‑of‑concept for AI use cases, including test scenarios and basic data validation.
- Maintain project documentation, dashboards and meeting notes (status reports, risk registers, timelines).
- Support change management activities: user training materials, communication and adoption tracking.
- Help monitor project KPIs and prepare executive summaries for stakeholders.
- Enrollment in a French or international university programme (Bachelor or Master) in Computer Science, Data Science, Digital Project Management, Engineering or equivalent (alternance/work‑study eligible).
- Strong interest in AI, machine learning concepts and digital product development.
- Excellent organisational skills and rigor in documentation and follow‑up.
- Fluent French and professional working proficiency in English.
- Good interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities across technical and business teams.
- Proficiency with Excel and presentation tools; familiarity with Agile methods.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master programme in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Digital Project Management or a related discipline (alternance/work‑study eligible).
