1. Assist the Project Manager in the operational management and steering of digital projects.
2. Contribute to the deployment of an online appointment scheduling and in-store queue management tool to enhance customer experience.
3. Create, modify, and automate email templates using Brevo to ensure consistent and personalized customer communication.
4. Collaborate closely with technical and business teams to resolve bugs in the appointment scheduling tool.
5. Provide technical support to digital business teams for various tool-related requests.
6. Support the Product Owner in preparing reports, post-mortems, and detailed product performance analyses.

1. Currently enrolled in an engineering, computer science, business, or communication program with a Bachelor's or Master's level (Bac+3 to Bac+5).
2. Strong passion for IT with a robust web culture.
3. Recognized for rigor, organization, and teamwork.
4. Very good command of English.
5. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS is a plus.
6. Autonomous and able to adapt quickly to demanding environments.
