Chanel IT Product Owner Assistant Intern

- Assist the Project Manager in the operational management and steering of digital projects.
- Contribute to the deployment of an online appointment scheduling and in-store queue management tool to enhance customer experience.
- Create, modify, and automate email templates using Brevo to ensure consistent and personalized customer communication.
- Collaborate closely with technical and business teams to resolve bugs in the appointment scheduling tool.
- Provide technical support to digital business teams for various tool-related requests.
- Support the Product Owner in preparing reports, post-mortems, and detailed product performance analyses.
- Currently enrolled in an engineering, computer science, business, or communication program with a Bachelor's or Master's level (Bac+3 to Bac+5).
- Strong passion for IT with a robust web culture.
- Recognized for rigor, organization, and teamwork.
- Very good command of English.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS is a plus.
