1. Provide expert support for all user inquiries from the Head Office, boutiques, and field staff.
2. Maintain thorough documentation of problem-solving and issue resolution processes.
3. Install and configure various hardware and software, managing shipping and returns as necessary.
4. Actively participate in administrative tasks to support the IT team.

1. Currently enrolled as a student in Computer Science, IT Management, or a related field.

1. Strong communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
2. Proficiency in MS Office.
3. Fluency in German and English.
4. Basic practical experience in the IT sector.

Some practical experience in the IT field is required.

Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program.
