1. Support the design, development, and maintenance of Finance applications.
2. Manage and triage application incidents, ensuring proper allocation to relevant teams.
3. Assist IT Application Managers with data collection, analysis, and documentation.
4. Collaborate with Finance and IT teams for process improvement initiatives.
5. Contribute to the development of IT documentation, including user guides, procedures, and knowledge base articles.

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

1. Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
2. Ability to work autonomously when required.
3. Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workloads and multitask.
4. Analytical skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and SharePoint).
6. Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
7. Experience in managing projects and coordinating across groups is appreciated.
8. Positive attitude and professional demeanor with enthusiasm for applying technology to solve business challenges.

No prior experience required, though experience in project management and coordination is appreciated.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
