Chanel IT Data Compliance Manager

- Oversee the creation, maintenance, and enhancement of data processing systems such as Client Preference Center (CPC), Master Data Management (MDM), Data Quality Management (DQM), and Customer 360 (C360).
- Ensure compliance of Client and Sales Transactions data domains, with potential expansion to other data domains.
- Act as Product Owner for CPC, Data Subject Deletion Requests (DSDR), and Data Retention Clock components.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for DSDR, data retention, and privacy-related matters.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop technically sound solutions for CPC, MDM, and DQM changes.
- Collect and prioritize new requirements from key users and manage the development of new features.
- Develop User Acceptance Test cases and oversee debugging processes.
- Monitor the availability and usage of compliance applications in production.
- Manage planning, budget, and resources for compliance products.
- Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Business, or Information Technology.
- 5+ years of program management experience in complex IT projects within an international B2C environment, particularly in retail, digital, or e-commerce.
- Proficiency in technical systems ecosystem technologies such as .NET, Azure, AWS, and Kafka.
- Knowledge of information systems security and data-related regulations.
- Understanding of MDM solutions, particularly Reltio.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business teams.
- Fluency in English and French.
A minimum of 5 years in program management for complex IT projects, ideally within an international B2C environment, with a focus on retail, digital, or e-commerce sectors.
Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
