1. Create user education materials for Tech and Real Estate management.
2. Conduct qualitative and quantitative user experience analytics to enhance communication strategies.
3. Support the development of workshop materials, updates, and minutes.
4. Report on meetings and workshops in collaboration with design and technology consultants.
5. Assist in producing project documentation and handling Business-as-Usual (BAU) activities.
6. Support project management for new initiatives.

1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree with first experience in corporate communication.

2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Digitally competent.
4. Ability to manage several topics in parallel with different stakeholders.
5. Collaborative and team spirit with strong interpersonal skills.
6. Customer-oriented with the ability to prioritize.
7. Inquisitive about Tech and its role in Chanel.
8. Passionate, open-minded, and motivated.

Experience in communication tools such as Microsoft Teams, Stream, PowerPoint, and SharePoint would be an advantage. Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
