Chanel IT Application Manager

- Own the end-to-end lifecycle for a portfolio of enterprise applications: roadmap, release planning, maintenance, upgrades and decommissioning.
- Act as principal liaison between business stakeholders, IT architects, vendors and third-party integrators to define requirements and deliver solutions on time and within budget.
- Manage application change control, incident and problem management to meet SLAs and ensure service continuity.
- Lead and coordinate application implementation projects, including testing strategy, UAT coordination and deployment planning.
- Oversee vendor relationships and contracts, including performance reviews, escalations and commercial optimisation.
- Ensure applications comply with security, data protection and internal control standards; collaborate with InfoSec and GRC teams on risk remediation.
- Coach and mentor application support engineers; allocate resources and define operational processes to improve stability and efficiency.
- Produce and present regular reporting on application health, roadmap progress, costs and KPIs to senior management.
- Proven experience managing enterprise application portfolios in a matrixed, global organisation.
- Demonstrable experience of vendor management and contract governance.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, able to navigate commercial and technical conversations with executive sponsors.
- Familiarity with IT governance, change management and service delivery best practices.

Typically 5+ years of progressive experience in application management or IT delivery, including responsibility for large-scale application deployments and cross-functional stakeholder engagement; experience in luxury retail or fashion brands preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
