1. Uphold operational standards and processes to deliver the ultimate Chanel experience to clients.
2. Supervise team members, ensuring proper training and compliance with company standards.
3. Process received stock and accurately record it into the system.
4. Organize and maintain stock in accordance with Chanel's expectations.
5. Prepare and ship outbound shipments following brand standards.
6. Execute the stock cycle count program and annual physical inventory under the direction of the Operations Lead.
7. Build positive team relationships to inspire trust and teamwork throughout the boutique.

1. Minimum 2 years of related experience in inventory management or a similar field.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.

1. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
2. Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Understanding of and passion for client experience.
5. Foreign language skills are preferred but not required.

Candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of related experience in inventory management or a similar field.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $29.50 to $36.00 per hour. Additional compensation may include bonus potential, benefits, and other perks.
