1. Ensure efficient flow of goods in and out of the boutique to enhance client experience.
2. Supervise and train team members, ensuring adherence to operational standards.
3. Process and record received stock into the system accurately.
4. Organize and maintain stock in accordance with Chanel's expectations.
5. Prepare and ship outbound shipments following brand standards.
6. Execute stock cycle count program and annual physical inventory under the direction of the Operations Lead.
7. Foster positive team relationships to inspire trust and teamwork.

1. Minimum 2 years of related experience.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.
3. Ability to move heavy items, including overhead lifting, pulling, and pushing up to 25 lbs.
4. Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and holidays.

1. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
4. Understanding of and passion for client experience.
5. Foreign language skills preferred but not required.

A minimum of two years in a related field, demonstrating proficiency in inventory management and team supervision.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

The anticipated base salary range is $29.50 to $33.00 per hour, with potential for additional variable pay, bonuses, and perks.
