Chanel Inventory Specialist

- Ensure efficient and optimized flow of goods in and out of the boutique.
- Maintain operational standards to deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Process and record received stock into the system accurately.
- Organize and maintain stock in accordance with Chanel's expectations.
- Prepare and ship outbound shipments following brand standards.
- Execute the stock cycle count program and annual physical inventory under the guidance of the Inventory Supervisor and Operations Manager.
- Foster positive team relationships to inspire trust and teamwork within the boutique.
- Minimum of 1 year of related experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to move heavy items, including overhead lifting, pulling, and pushing up to 25 lbs.
- Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Service-minded with a passion for client experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Curiosity and desire for continuous learning and professional growth.
Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year of related experience in inventory management or a similar field.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
The anticipated base hourly range for this position is $24.00 to $28.00, with potential for additional variable pay, bonuses, and other compensation components.
