Chanel Inventory Specialist

1. Ensure the efficient flow of goods in and out of the boutique to enhance client experience.
2. Uphold operational standards and processes to deliver the ultimate Chanel experience.
3. Process received stock and accurately record it into the system.
4. Organize and maintain stock in alignment with Chanel's expectations.
5. Prepare and ship outbound shipments according to brand standards.
6. Execute the stock cycle count program and annual physical inventory under the direction of the Inventory Supervisor and Operations Manager.
7. Foster positive team relationships to inspire trust and teamwork.

1. Minimum 1 year of related experience.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.
3. Ability to move heavy items, including lifting, pulling, and pushing up to 25 lbs.
4. Flexible schedule, including availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

1. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
4. Understanding of and passion for client experience.
5. Foreign language skills are preferred but not required.

A minimum of one year of related experience in inventory management or a similar role is required.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $24.30 to $28.00 per hour. Additional compensation may include bonus potential and other variable pay components.
