Chanel Inventory Coordinator

- Manage biannual stock counts at the 5Q Distribution Centre and off-site locations, ensuring accuracy and integrity of stock movements.
- Resolve inventory discrepancies and maintain optimal stock levels.
- Process stock condition reports and manage inventory control, including handling returns to Wholesale.
- Coordinate daily Perpetual Inventory (PI) checks and reconciliation.
- Operate warehousing equipment safely, performing manual handling tasks such as bending, lifting, and moving stock.
- Maintain reliable master data, conduct batch code analysis, and investigate stock discrepancies in real-time.
- Coordinate with Distribution Centre Management to manage inventory levels by cycle counting and system reconciliation.
- Assist with general warehouse duties, including export activities and sales support.
- Ensure compliance with departmental KPIs and uphold safe working practices.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and experience with WMS Manhattan or D365 is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, responsibility, adaptability, and self-motivation.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and respond efficiently to departmental tasks.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational skills and a proactive attitude.

Previous experience in inventory management or a related field is required, with a strong emphasis on system accuracy and stock integrity.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
