1. Assist in the management of internal loans, including packaging and database tracking.
2. Support the logistics and administrative preparation of external loans to institutions, including contract preparation and condition reports.
3. Monitor acquisitions and deposits, organizing transportation as needed.
4. Aid in the setup of a new external reserve space and manage daily reserve operations, including internal movements and location tracking.
5. Propose improvements to internal processes and tools.

1. Bachelor's degree in Art History with a specialization in artwork management and preventive conservation.

1. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
2. Proficiency in office software and database management.
3. Intermediate proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

A background in art history with knowledge of artwork handling and conservation, as well as the legal framework for international loans and transportation.

Bachelor's degree in Art History or related field.
