Chanel International Transport and Customs Coordinator

- Manage daily import/export customs operations in compliance with regulations.
- Ensure documentary compliance for shipments, including declarations, certificates, invoices, and customs classifications.
- Guarantee the execution of international transport flows in coordination with carriers, logistics providers, and customs authorities.
- Act as the interface with internal departments to ensure operational fluidity.
- Contribute to the management of disputes and the resolution of customs or transport anomalies.
- Ensure compliance with AEO (Authorized Economic Operator) requirements on site.
- Lead cross-functional projects to optimize transport and customs processes.
- Implement and monitor performance indicators related to timelines, compliance, costs, and service quality.
- Conduct regulatory watch on customs developments and propose necessary adaptations.
- Participate in updating and improving internal procedures in collaboration with various departments.
- Serve as a trainer, auditor, and subject matter expert for internal stakeholders.
- Support the deployment of digital or automated solutions to optimize tools.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Engineering, or a related field with significant experience in transport, logistics, and international trade.
- Strong knowledge of multimodal transport and international trade regulations, including hazardous materials.
- In-depth understanding of customs procedures.
- Fluent in English in an international environment.
- Proficiency in IT tools and logistics management systems.
- Client-oriented with strong interpersonal skills, analytical rigor, and effective communication.
Significant experience in transport, logistics, and international trade.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
