1. Manage daily import/export customs operations in compliance with regulations.
2. Ensure documentary compliance for shipments, including declarations, certificates, invoices, and customs classifications.
3. Guarantee the execution of international transport flows in coordination with carriers, logistics providers, and customs authorities.
4. Act as the interface with internal departments to ensure operational fluidity.
5. Contribute to the management of disputes and the resolution of customs or transport anomalies.
6. Ensure compliance with AEO (Authorized Economic Operator) requirements on site.
7. Lead cross-functional projects to optimize transport and customs processes.
8. Implement and monitor performance indicators related to timelines, compliance, costs, and service quality.
9. Conduct regulatory watch on customs developments and propose necessary adaptations.
10. Participate in updating and improving internal procedures in collaboration with various departments.
11. Serve as a trainer, auditor, and subject matter expert for internal stakeholders.
12. Support the deployment of digital or automated solutions to optimize tools.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Engineering, or a related field with significant experience in transport, logistics, and international trade.

1. Strong knowledge of multimodal transport and international trade regulations, including hazardous materials.
2. In-depth understanding of customs procedures.
3. Fluent in English in an international environment.
4. Proficiency in IT tools and logistics management systems.
5. Client-oriented with strong interpersonal skills, analytical rigor, and effective communication.

Significant experience in transport, logistics, and international trade.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
