Chanel International Media Coordination Apprentice — Beauty & Fragrance

- Support the coordination and execution of international media plans for the Perfumes & Beauty division across multiple markets.
- Liaise with media agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate trafficking, scheduling and campaign delivery.
- Maintain and update the global media calendar, ensuring alignment of launch dates, activations and local adaptations.
- Prepare media briefs, creative delivery trackers, insertion orders and monitor campaign compliance with brand guidelines.
- Consolidate campaign performance data and produce weekly/monthly reports and post-campaign summaries for regional teams.
- Track media budgets and basic invoicing processes, flagging discrepancies and assisting with reconciliations.
- Coordinate translations/localisation requests and support cross-border approvals with legal and regulatory teams.
- Contribute to ad hoc projects to optimise media workflows and improve reporting templates.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Marketing, Communications, Media, Advertising or a related field and eligible for alternance.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage concurrent tasks and tight deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
- Proven ability to communicate clearly with external agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with basic numeracy for budget monitoring and performance tracking.
- Previous internship or coursework in media, advertising or beauty retail is a plus.

Ideal candidates are currently in higher education with 0–12 months of prior internship experience in media, advertising or beauty; prior exposure to international campaigns or agency environments is advantageous.
Currently enrolled in a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree (Marketing, Communications, Media, Advertising, Business or equivalent) with eligibility for an alternance/apprenticeship contract.
