Chanel International Marketing Group Manager - Exceptional Fragrances

- Develop and implement global strategies for the Exceptional Fragrances lines, in collaboration with Group Managers, Axis Directors, and the International Marketing Director.
- Create a 3-5 year marketing plan ensuring international coherence and alignment with Chanel's values and codes.
- Analyze business performance, market trends, and consumer expectations in collaboration with Communication, Client Experience, Business Intelligence, and Global Insight teams.
- Propose and develop marketing concepts aligned with business goals and Chanel's brand image.
- Collaborate with the Perfume Laboratory and innovation teams to create bold olfactory and sensory experiences.
- Supervise product development and launches, guiding product managers and making necessary decisions.
- Define and manage 360° launch strategies in collaboration with Media, Social Media, PR, Influence, Learning, Services, MPOS, CRM, Ecommerce, and other expert teams.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 2 Product Managers and 1 Intern, fostering their creative and strategic potential.
- Present projects at major internal and international marketing meetings, ensuring comprehensive understanding of line strategies.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in international marketing, including brand portfolio management.
- Experience in operational marketing is advantageous.
- Proven sensitivity to the luxury market and brand vision development.
- Strategic vision and creativity to identify insights and develop long-term strategies.
- Leadership with influence, audacity, and ability to challenge the status quo.
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
- Strong emotional intelligence and ability to build lasting trust-based relationships.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit.
A minimum of 10 years in international marketing, with experience managing a brand portfolio. Operational marketing experience is a plus.
Advanced degree in a relevant field.
