- Align with Regional ICRM to implement appropriate structure and governance in Korea.
- Identify and reinforce controls in high-risk and key focus areas.
- Perform process walkthroughs and establish controls for unmitigated risks.
- Conduct regular sample reviews based on identified risks and controls.
- Provide employee training in finance, accounting, and procurement.
- Engage early in key projects to identify risks and establish controls.
- Build networks with operations to facilitate risk reviews.
- Assess and monitor global risks across divisions.
- Maintain a risk dashboard to visualize risks.
- Build and maintain a database of local policies and procedures.
- Document key internal controls and test their effectiveness.
- Liaise with Global Internal Audit for audits and follow-up on action plans.
- Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions for process improvement.
- Standardize processes across departments for consistency and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process transformation initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- CPA or CIA certification preferred.
- Experience with SOX Audits (US SOX, K-SOX) preferred.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Effective collaboration and stakeholder management.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Korean and English, both written and verbal.
A minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience, with past external and internal audit experience being advantageous.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
