- Serve as the communication delivery lead for the London office relocation project, guiding the Global Corporate community through the transition.
- Design and implement a change management and engagement strategy for the office move and subsequent onboarding.
- Craft and disseminate communications and engagement initiatives, utilizing innovative technologies and channels to enhance the relocation experience.
- Manage comprehensive communications regarding the office relocation for diverse audiences, including leaders and employees across the UK Region.
- Develop a multi-channel content plan to bring the brand and employee stories to life.
- Translate technical and logistical information into engaging and comprehensible content.
- Advise the project team on communicating the vision, benefits, and progress of the move.
- Support campaigns introducing new amenities, hybrid working models, and updated work practices.
- Identify communication risks or employee concerns and address them proactively.
- Gather feedback through surveys and listening sessions to refine messaging and improve employee experience.
- Develop an engagement calendar for the current workspace and strategize for future space engagement.

Previous experience in internal communications, particularly in managing large-scale projects such as office relocations, is essential.
