1. Develop and implement internal communication initiatives.
2. Create content for newsletters, the company intranet, and other internal communication channels.
3. Organize, manage, and monitor training sessions for employees, with a focus on workplace safety courses.
4. Support the preparation of educational materials and presentations.
5. Monitor and analyze KPIs related to the effectiveness of communication activities and the corporate training platform.
6. Animate the corporate training platform and create a semi-annual editorial plan.
7. Assist in defining and organizing corporate volunteer days.

1. Bachelor's degree in Humanities or Economics, with a preference for a background in Communication.
