Chanel Intern - Study, Documentation, and Archives Assistant

- Monitor and manage library orders, deliveries, and cataloging.
- Create bibliographic records, classification, and organization of library materials.
- Manage library loans and conduct bibliographic monitoring.
- Assist in inventory and indexing of historical and documentation collections.
- Support the management of the historical reserve in Pantin, including collection packaging, organization, and transfers.
- Assist in managing collections at Le Bourget, including inventory and stock management.
- Coordinate restoration projects and facilitate access to artworks.
- Aid in the creation and writing of documentary files.
- Support ongoing activities and various research projects within the department.
- Pursuing or recently completed a Master's degree in Documentation and Archives, History, Cultural Policies, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of archival description tools.
- General cultural knowledge and interest in 20th-century history.
- Autonomy, rigor, and organizational skills.

Ideally, candidates will have prior experience or have completed a thesis in history, art history, information sciences, or archival studies.
