1. Pursuing a Master's degree in business school, engineering school, or a specialized program in sustainable development or human rights.
2. Previous internship experience in consulting or project management.

3. Organizational skills with a meticulous approach to priority management.
4. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Professional level of English.
