Chanel Intern - Event Project Assistant

- Assist the Project Manager in overseeing 360° event management and coordinate the development and operations of each event project, including pop-ups, masterclasses, and VIP events.
- Contribute to the production of essential documents for operational project development, such as briefs, specifications, reference creation, forecasting grids, and launch books.
- Manage daily event projects to meet deadlines and handle alerts.
- Collaborate with the Artistic Direction and project stakeholders, including Marketing, Communication, Purchasing, Publishing, Forecasting, Supply, and Regional teams, to develop event experiences.
- Ensure coordination and market launch of developed events, supporting regions with their needs and event deployment through regular discussions.
- Track and quantify event projects, produce analyses, and update databases. Centralize and analyze quantitative and qualitative feedback from each event.
- Coordinate steering committees, including organization and preparation of meeting notes and strategic presentations.
- Conduct dynamic competitive intelligence and market needs analysis.
- Pursuing a degree from a business school, engineering school, or university, seeking a gap year or end-of-study internship.
- Passionate about Customer Experience, Event Management, or Retail.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Interest in cosmetics and in-store customer experience.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
No prior professional experience required, but a keen interest in event management and customer experience is essential.
Currently enrolled in a business, engineering, or university program.
