1. Assist in the development of sales forecasts for the European Fragrances & Beauty catalogue.
2. Manage stock allocation for new product launches across European markets.
3. Prepare and animate market feedback analysis meetings for new launches with Marketing & Merchandising teams.
4. Establish guidelines for upcoming product launch forecasts in collaboration with regional Marketing.
5. Participate in the construction of future product launch estimates.
6. Support the monthly review of forecasts for existing product lines.
7. Review and optimize existing reports and provide recommendations for improvements.
8. Animate and automate portfolio tracking.
9. Develop dashboards and automated files for tracking forecasts versus budget.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Previous significant experience in an analytical role within a business setting.
3. Proficiency in English and French.

2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office tools.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Dynamic, autonomous, and well-organized.
5. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

A significant prior experience in an analytical role within a corporate environment is required.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
