1. Ensure the security and protection of creations, projects, and product launches through prior art searches, product clearance, risk assessments, and strategic protection measures.
2. Support operational teams with strategic analyses, pragmatic advice, and intellectual property awareness.
3. Manage, optimize, and enhance the intellectual property rights portfolio.
4. Coordinate with other Intellectual Property teams, providing recommendations with diplomacy and clarity.
5. Draft and negotiate contracts and agreements related to product creation and intellectual property, including designer contracts, agency agreements, and licenses.
6. Handle pre-litigation and litigation matters related to creation and intellectual property rights, including dossier preparation, research, analysis, and negotiation of transactional agreements.
7. Actively participate in the preparation of memos, guidelines, processes, and presentation materials.
8. Contribute to cross-functional projects within the Legal Department at both global and regional levels.
9. Oversee budget management and coordinate with international legal networks and service providers.

1. Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in intellectual property and contract law, gained in a law firm and/or corporate setting.
2. Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
3. Proficiency with IT tools such as Office, legal databases, and the Internet.
