2. Handle enforcement cases by conducting preliminary online research under attorney supervision.
3. Organize documentary evidence for legal actions and well-known mark recognition across various jurisdictions.
4. Conduct legal research on diverse topics in key jurisdictions, liaising with external lawyers as necessary, and analyze results.
5. Prepare and finalize template letters and other legal documents.
6. Manage and process documents and data efficiently.

1. Completed bachelor's degree in law.
2. Specialization in Intellectual Property with strong knowledge of trademarks and designs.

1. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team.
2. Proactive, flexible, and curious with excellent attention to detail.
3. Strong critical thinking skills and solution-oriented mindset.
4. Advanced proficiency in written English and strong reading comprehension.
5. IT proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
6. Self-sufficient in administrative tasks, including email and database management.

No prior professional experience required, but a strong academic background in law and IP is essential.

Bachelor's degree in law, with specialization in Intellectual Property preferred.
