1. Design integration solution architectures and guide technical decisions.
2. Conduct functional analysis of business needs in collaboration with internal clients.
3. Propose modern, scalable solutions to support digital transformation.
4. Lead and animate the development team dedicated to integrations.
5. Oversee developments on iPaaS and API Management platforms ensuring quality deliverables.
6. Promote best practices in development, testing, and continuous integration.
7. Manage the technical and functional roadmap of the integration platform.
8. Ensure security, performance, and availability of exposed APIs and data flows.
9. Organize and lead level 2/3 support for integration issues.
10. Act as the primary contact for internal clients' integration needs.
11. Regularly report on service quality and incident resolution.
12. Develop, monitor, and optimize the integration team's budget.
13. Manage and arbitrate budgets for internal client integration projects.

1. Significant experience (5-7 years minimum) in application integration development, preferably in the fashion industry.
2. Proficiency in integration concepts and tools (API Management, iPaaS, ESB, ETL).
3. Extensive experience in software architecture, API development, and integration project supervision.
4. Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
