Chanel Innovation and Scientific Valorization Manager - Makeup

The Research and Innovation department at Chanel Parfums Beauté, comprising over 250 scientists across five research centers, is dedicated to understanding women's needs and advancing product performance to craft the Chanel products of tomorrow.
- Conduct active product surveillance on trends, scientific, and technological developments in collaboration with international teams.
- Lead, coordinate, and enhance multi-disciplinary innovation projects involving R&D, Marketing, and Creation Studios.
- Facilitate innovation governance for products, concepts, and experiences.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of innovation processes and KPI tracking.
- Draft scientific and technical dossiers to highlight the science behind Chanel products.
- Support Marketing, Training, and Press Relations teams in developing product and research valorization materials.
- Scientific education (Master's degree), preferably in chemistry; additional expertise in marketing and/or innovation management is advantageous.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in makeup formulation and innovation.
- Creative mindset and curiosity with a strong affinity for beauty and makeup trends.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to unite and inspire teams.
- Proficiency in managing and coordinating cross-functional projects and leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to draft scientific and technical dossiers and simplify complex content.
- Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).

A minimum of 5 years in makeup formulation and innovation is required.
