Chanel Information Systems Manager

- Lead and manage an internal team of five professionals.
- Oversee the daily operations of over 30 critical systems and support 300 users both on-site and remotely.
- Ensure the availability, performance, and security of IT infrastructure and systems.
- Coordinate and manage relationships with external and internal service providers.
- Propose improvements to operational processes and information systems to enhance coherence, simplicity, and performance.
- Maximize the value of data through effective collection, storage, security, quality assurance, analysis, dissemination, and governance.
- Align IT strategy with corporate objectives.
- Lead a multi-year ERP change project starting in 2026.
- Implement and evolve the IT roadmap by managing associated projects.
- Support various departments in projects affecting processes and systems.
- Advanced degree (Bac+5) in Information Systems Management or related field.
- Proven experience in IT project management, ideally in a demanding industrial environment.
- Proficiency in flow management and ERP/WMS tools.
- Strong understanding of business challenges.
- Excellent communication skills with users, providers, and management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong interest in innovation and digital transformation.
- Autonomous, rigorous, and challenge-driven.
- Strong service orientation and ability to unite teams around performance and operational excellence goals.
Solid experience in IT project management, preferably within a demanding industrial setting.
Advanced degree in Information Systems Management or related field.
