Chanel Information Security Intern

- Support the ongoing monitoring and tracking of Chanel’s third-party supplier security scorecard, including reporting, data analytics, and remediation activities.
- Assist in the roll-out, implementation, and maintenance of the risk management/GRC application as directed by the Manager.
- Contribute to the controls assurance and controls testing workstream in accordance with GISEC GRC operating processes.
- Coordinate the documentation of all GISEC-owned common processes and maintain the process documentation repository.
- Participate in the planning and execution of InfoSec Awareness initiatives across Chanel.
- Collaborate with other GISEC pillars such as Cyber Advisory, Cyber Transformation, Cyber Response, and Cyber Resilience to gain experience and knowledge.
- Support Cyber Advisory in providing security-related advisory services throughout the IT project lifecycle.
- Assist Cyber Transformation in managing the deployment of strategic cybersecurity initiatives.
- Contribute to Cyber Response by supporting the lifecycle handling of cybersecurity incidents.
- Aid Cyber Resilience in safeguarding assets by enhancing the security of the attack surface against cyber threats.
- Enrolled in a postgraduate degree in Information Security or a related discipline.
- Possession of a university degree.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Highly self-motivated and directed with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in English with excellent oral communication skills. Regional languages such as French are desirable but not mandatory.
- Ability to manage multiple topics in parallel with different stakeholders.
- Understanding of business processes and ability to propose appropriate solutions.
- Customer-oriented with the ability to challenge and innovate.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to teach and communicate both functional and technical aspects.
- Collaborative team spirit with strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Passionate, open-minded, and motivated.
No prior professional experience required; however, an understanding of information security principles and practices is advantageous.
Enrolled in a postgraduate degree in Information Security or a related discipline.
