As part of its operations, Chanel's new facility in Venette is supported by a dedicated Industrial IT team, which ensures seamless integration of technology and production processes.

1. Support the team during the hypercare phase of the Warehouse Control System (WCS) and oversee communications between packaging lines and information systems.
2. Assist technicians in diagnosing and resolving incidents, efficiently manage tickets, and coordinate stakeholders.
3. Enhance documentation by cataloging, formalizing, and validating troubleshooting procedures and operational guides.
4. Implement action traceability by meticulously tracking interventions and documenting critical workflows.
5. Facilitate knowledge transfer through organizing sharing sessions to ensure best practices are maintained.
6. Coordinate with WCS and SUPERVISION solution providers for escalation management and procedure adaptation.
7. Collaborate with SAP teams to manage interfaces between OPAL (WCS) and SAP, document integrations, and resolve anomalies.
8. Work with Infrastructure teams to diagnose hardware, network, and system incidents, incorporating infrastructure constraints into procedures.

1. Currently enrolled in an engineering program with a focus on IT, supply chain, or industrial systems.
2. Interest in problem-solving, documentation enhancement, and technical knowledge transfer.

No prior professional experience required, but a keen interest in IT and industrial systems is essential.

Pursuing a degree in engineering, IT, or a related field.
