3. Monitor and manage supplier risk, ensuring compliance with legal, financial, and sustainability standards.
4. Support business users in sourcing and tendering processes, including designing procurement tools and conducting financial analysis.
5. Improve procurement and sustainability performance through cost optimization and supplier diversification.
6. Enhance Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes in collaboration with business partners and suppliers.

1. Broad academic background with at least 10 years of experience in Indirect Procurement.
2. Familiarity with sustainability practices and a passion for environmentally responsible initiatives.

1. Strong commercial and contractual negotiation skills.
2. Expertise in supplier sourcing processes.
3. Proven ability to establish effective relationships with senior business partners and external parties.
4. Interpersonal and conflict management skills.
5. Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate effectively across multiple locations and functions.
6. Proficiency in English; French is a plus.

A minimum of 10 years in Indirect Procurement, with a focus on sustainability and supplier sourcing.
