1. Structure and harmonize procurement processes across Belgium, Denmark, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, and Sweden.
2. Define and implement a common procurement process and supplier panel based on objective criteria such as performance and cost.
3. Support new supplier sourcing and ensure compliance with Chanel's brand standards.
4. Monitor risk management in legal, finance, and compliance areas.
5. Support contract management and negotiations, including SLAs and end-of-year rebates.
6. Conduct financial and spend analysis to identify optimization opportunities.
7. Lead professional negotiations and award supplier contracts.
8. Improve procurement and sustainability performance through strategic initiatives.
9. Create procurement tools and support business users in sourcing and tendering processes.
10. Ensure application of financial guidelines and support timely supplier payments.

1. Broad academic background with at least 10 years of experience in Indirect Procurement.
2. Familiarity with sustainability practices and a passion for environmentally responsible initiatives.

1. Strong commercial and contractual negotiation skills.
2. Expertise in buying and supplier sourcing processes.
3. Proven ability to establish effective working relationships with senior business partners and external parties.
4. Interpersonal and conflict management skills.
5. Ability to challenge the status quo and bring new ideas to life.
6. Fluency in English; Dutch or French is a plus.

A minimum of 10 years in Indirect Procurement, with experience in a multicultural and evolving environment.
