Chanel Indirect Procurement Intern

- Lead sourcing and tendering processes, including managing sourcing projects and Requests for Information (RFI) in collaboration with internal business partners.
- Support business partners in defining specifications and requirements, preparing and launching tenders/Requests for Proposals (RFP).
- Analyze and negotiate proposals and quotes with suppliers and business partners, awarding suppliers, implementing legal agreements, and reporting benefits.
- Identify opportunities for spend optimization and supplier panel rationalization, defining and implementing a Preferred Supplier List with business partners and suppliers.
- Conduct financial and spend analysis, prepare for professional negotiations, and monitor risk management and sustainable procurement initiatives.
- Enhance the P2P platform by creating relevant catalogues with business partners and suppliers, cleaning and enriching the preferred supplier database, and improving procurement processes.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree or recent graduate in Procurement, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and energetic mindset.
Ideally, candidates will have previous experience in procurement.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain, or similar.
