1. Lead sourcing and tendering processes, including managing sourcing projects and Requests for Information (RFI) in collaboration with internal business partners.
2. Support business partners in defining specifications and requirements, preparing and launching tenders/Requests for Proposals (RFP).
3. Analyze and negotiate proposals and quotes with suppliers and business partners, awarding suppliers, implementing legal agreements, and reporting benefits.
4. Identify opportunities for spend optimization and supplier panel rationalization, defining and implementing a Preferred Supplier List with business partners and suppliers.
5. Conduct financial and spend analysis, prepare for professional negotiations, and monitor risk management and sustainable procurement initiatives.
6. Enhance the P2P platform by creating relevant catalogues with business partners and suppliers, cleaning and enriching the preferred supplier database, and improving procurement processes.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree or recent graduate in Procurement, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Strong analytical skills.
3. Fluency in French and English.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills.
5. Proactive and energetic mindset.

Ideally, candidates will have previous experience in procurement.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain, or similar.
