Chanel Indirect Procurement Intern

1. Lead the sourcing and tendering process, including the management of RFI (Request for Information) and collaboration with internal business partners.
2. Support business partners in defining specifications and requirements.
3. Prepare and launch tenders/RFP (Request for Proposals) in the Benelux region.
4. Analyze and negotiate proposals and quotes with suppliers and business partners.
5. Award suppliers, implement legal agreements, and report benefits.
6. Identify spend optimization and supplier panel rationalization opportunities.
7. Define and implement a Preferred Supplier List with business partners and suppliers.
8. Conduct financial and spend analysis to prepare for professional negotiations.
9. Monitor risk management and sustainable procurement through various tools and initiatives.
10. Manage contracts and support Accounts Payable in deploying e-invoicing.
11. Create and enrich catalogues with business partners and suppliers on the 22P platform.
12. Improve procurement processes and handle ad hoc requests.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree or recent graduate in Procurement, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
2. Ideally, previous experience in Procurement.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Strong analytical skills.
3. Fluency in English and Dutch or French.
4. Strong interpersonal skills.
5. Proactive and energetic mindset.

Previous experience in procurement is ideal, although not mandatory.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
