Chanel Image Production Assistant

1. Participate in the production of content including photos, videos, and print materials for fashion shows, collection launches, Chanel events, and client communications.
2. Coordinate the organization of image productions such as film shoots and photo sessions, and oversee post-production processes.
3. Collaborate with various teams including creative, editorial, social media, and Chanel platform publishing teams to establish communication and distribution plans for assets.
4. Manage the delivery and proper dissemination of content across teams and digital platforms, including metadata management.
5. Oversee the creation and updating of production schedules, timelines, budgets, and other related documents.

1. Experience from previous internships.
2. Fluency in both English and French.

1. Strong organizational, anticipatory, and adaptive skills.
2. Excellent interpersonal abilities.
3. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote, and software such as Bridge, InDesign, and Photoshop.

Previous internship experience is required.
