Chanel Image Production Assistant (Intern)

1. Support the image production team in planning and executing fashion shoots and studio productions for seasonal campaigns and lookbooks.
2. Coordinate logistics: booking studios, scheduling talent and crew, arranging transportation and managing production calendars.
3. Assist on set with styling, wardrobe management, set preparation and quality control of garments and props.
4. Prepare and maintain production documentation: call sheets, shot lists, model releases, and expense tracking.
5. Liaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers (photographers, retouchers, stylists, casting agencies) to ensure timely delivery of assets.
6. Manage incoming image files and basic digital asset organisation, including file naming conventions and metadata entry.
7. Follow up with post-production teams to monitor retouching, cropping and colour approval processes.

1. Currently enrolled in a degree programme in fashion, photography, visual communication, media production or a related field.
2. Demonstrable interest in fashion photography and image production, supported by academic work or a portfolio.
3. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative attitude when working with creative and technical teams.
5. High standards of discretion and professionalism handling creative assets and confidential materials.

Enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's programme in Fashion, Photography, Visual Communication, Media Production or equivalent.
