Chanel Image Production Assistant (Intern)

- Support the image production team in planning and executing fashion shoots and studio productions for seasonal campaigns and lookbooks.
- Coordinate logistics: booking studios, scheduling talent and crew, arranging transportation and managing production calendars.
- Assist on set with styling, wardrobe management, set preparation and quality control of garments and props.
- Prepare and maintain production documentation: call sheets, shot lists, model releases, and expense tracking.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers (photographers, retouchers, stylists, casting agencies) to ensure timely delivery of assets.
- Manage incoming image files and basic digital asset organisation, including file naming conventions and metadata entry.
- Follow up with post-production teams to monitor retouching, cropping and colour approval processes.
- Currently enrolled in a degree programme in fashion, photography, visual communication, media production or a related field.
- Demonstrable interest in fashion photography and image production, supported by academic work or a portfolio.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative attitude when working with creative and technical teams.

Previous internships or short-term experience in fashion production, photo studios or creative agencies is preferred but not mandatory; candidates should demonstrate relevant academic projects or practical exposure to editorial or commercial shoots.
Enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's programme in Fashion, Photography, Visual Communication, Media Production or equivalent.
