1. Oversee the administrative management of hires and internal mobility.
2. Draft contractual documents including amendments, employment contracts, and tripartite agreements.
3. Create and manage new employee records in the Workday system.
4. Communicate and explain company policies such as internal regulations and various charters.
5. Organize and conduct onboarding sessions for new employees, both individually and in groups.
6. Provide daily support to employees on HR-related queries.
7. Monitor and collect data related to time management, including absences and overtime.
8. Ensure compliance with work time regulations and correct any discrepancies.
9. Validate payroll data using the ADP Link system.
10. Compile, organize, and archive personnel files.
11. Manage and track employee departures including retirements, resignations, and terminations.
12. Monitor various types of absences such as sick leave and parental leave.
13. Develop and present monthly workforce reports.
14. Participate in the continuous improvement and professionalization of personnel administration.
15. Support the deployment of new tools and participate in ad hoc cross-functional projects.

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in a structured HR environment.
3. Strong knowledge of social legislation.

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Autonomous with strong organizational skills.
5. Discretion and high sense of confidentiality.
6. Proactive with the ability to manage priorities.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
8. Knowledge of Workday and ADP Link is advantageous.
9. Good command of written and spoken English is preferred.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources within a structured environment is required.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
