1. Assist in HR generalist duties for the Global Corporate Legal team based in London and other locations.
2. Ensure accuracy of employee data using Workday, the centralized employee data management tool.
3. Utilize people cost forecasting tools (TM1) for headcount input during budget cycles.
4. Channel inquiries from the Legal team to appropriate HR departments.
5. Support cross-functional HR teams in operations, transversal projects, and on-site HR events.
6. Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate selection, offers, and pre-onboarding processes.
7. Coordinate the Legal placement program for summer 2025.
8. Assist in the coordination of the new hire onboarding program and the revamped Legal onboarding.
9. Support Legal Learning & Development programs for employee development.
10. Participate in various transversal projects as assigned.

1. Recent graduate in HR Management or related discipline.
2. Right to work in the UK and ability to commute to the London office 4 days a week.

1. Fluency in English, both verbal and written; additional languages are advantageous.
2. Proficiency in digital tools, including MS PowerPoint and Excel.
3. Attention to detail and accuracy.
4. Curiosity and a strong desire for continuous learning.

No prior experience required, but a strong interest in developing a career in HR is essential.

Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field.
