1. Create a memorable onboarding experience for new hires in the Watch and Fine Jewelry division.
2. Ensure seamless integration of candidates by adhering to the onboarding process, including welcome packages and onboarding invitations.
3. Deploy and adapt the digital onboarding platform 'Welcome@WFJ' for various entities and employee profiles.
4. Organize logistics for the 'Wonderland' integration sessions for the Watch and Fine Jewelry division.
5. Enhance and recommend improvements for the overall onboarding offerings, including content and modalities.
6. Support the deployment and promotion of talent development programs and initiatives within the division.
7. Consolidate and analyze HR data and talent development KPIs.
8. Prepare presentations and resources for 'Talent Development' on platforms such as the intranet and newsletters.
9. Engage in social commitment projects, including managing partnerships with associations and organizing internships for students.

1. Final-year student pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+5) with a preference for prior HR experience.
2. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with a strong affinity for digital tools.
3. Excellent prioritization skills, attention to detail, and creativity.
4. Strong interpersonal skills with an interest in events and communication.
5. Proficient in English.
