- Create a memorable onboarding experience for new hires in the Watch and Fine Jewelry division.
- Ensure seamless integration of candidates by adhering to the onboarding process, including welcome packages and onboarding invitations.
- Deploy and adapt the digital onboarding platform 'Welcome@WFJ' for various entities and employee profiles.
- Organize logistics for the 'Wonderland' integration sessions for the Watch and Fine Jewelry division.
- Enhance and recommend improvements for the overall onboarding offerings, including content and modalities.
- Support the deployment and promotion of talent development programs and initiatives within the division.
- Consolidate and analyze HR data and talent development KPIs.
- Prepare presentations and resources for 'Talent Development' on platforms such as the intranet and newsletters.
- Engage in social commitment projects, including managing partnerships with associations and organizing internships for students.
- Final-year student pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+5) with a preference for prior HR experience.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with a strong affinity for digital tools.
- Excellent prioritization skills, attention to detail, and creativity.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an interest in events and communication.
- Proficient in English.
- Digital proficiency, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and logistical skills.
