1. Collaborate with Fashion and Fragrance & Beauty retail teams in Western Canada to support employee experience and talent management.
2. Maintain and enhance current People processes, including performance management and disciplinary procedures.
3. Propose and implement process improvements to maximize corporate performance.
4. Develop and support diversity and inclusion strategies and talent integration initiatives.
5. Conduct and implement actions from employee surveys related to culture and engagement.
6. Lead and participate in various committees such as Health & Safety and Diversity & Inclusion.
7. Optimize recruitment strategies and provide coaching on interviewing and hiring techniques.
8. Manage the offer process, including negotiations and contract preparation.
9. Develop structured onboarding plans and conduct exit interviews.
10. Partner with management to identify learning requirements and develop learning roadmaps.

1. 5+ years of experience as an HR/P&O Business Partner or similar HR role.
2. Advanced knowledge of the job market in Western Canada.
3. Bilingual in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written.
4. Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
5. Working knowledge of HRIS, ideally Workday.

Competitive compensation package: $82,000 - $92,000 CAD/year plus bonus.
