- Collaborate with Fashion and Fragrance & Beauty retail teams in Western Canada to support employee experience and talent management.
- Maintain and enhance current People processes, including performance management and disciplinary procedures.
- Propose and implement process improvements to maximize corporate performance.
- Develop and support diversity and inclusion strategies and talent integration initiatives.
- Conduct and implement actions from employee surveys related to culture and engagement.
- Lead and participate in various committees such as Health & Safety and Diversity & Inclusion.
- Optimize recruitment strategies and provide coaching on interviewing and hiring techniques.
- Manage the offer process, including negotiations and contract preparation.
- Develop structured onboarding plans and conduct exit interviews.
- Partner with management to identify learning requirements and develop learning roadmaps.
- 5+ years of experience as an HR/P&O Business Partner or similar HR role.
- Advanced knowledge of the job market in Western Canada.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written.
- Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Working knowledge of HRIS, ideally Workday.
- Proven coaching and mentoring abilities.
- Collaborative project management approach.
- Ability to influence without direct control.
- Resilient positivity and energy.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and niche searches.
5+ years in HR or P&O roles, with a focus on recruitment and talent management.
Competitive compensation package: $82,000 - $92,000 CAD/year plus bonus.
