1. Assist in the talent acquisition process, including candidate selection, job postings, sourcing, and conducting prequalification and recruitment interviews.
2. Coordinate internal recruitment events and ensure smooth execution.
3. Collaborate with Payroll & Personnel Administration teams to facilitate the seamless integration of new employees, including dossier management and data entry.
4. Maintain recruitment tracking systems and ensure adherence to internship and apprenticeship budgets.
5. Support and mentor interns and apprentices throughout their tenure, conducting mid-term and final evaluations.
6. Organize integration sessions and dedicated events for young talents.
7. Develop and maintain a talent pool, promoting profiles for entry-level positions.
8. Serve as the primary HR contact for interns and apprentices.
9. Participate in school events and recruitment forums, proposing new school relationship initiatives.
10. Contribute to ongoing HR projects as required.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
2. Minimum of one significant experience in Human Resources, particularly in recruitment.

2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Curiosity and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

At least one significant experience in Human Resources, with a focus on recruitment processes.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
