1. Support Human Resources Managers in the integration and onboarding of interns and apprentices.
2. Assist in advising and tracking employee progress within the company.
3. Develop and implement tracking tools to support the development of interns and apprentices.
4. Maintain daily contact with managers regarding intern and apprentice matters.
5. Propose initiatives to engage the intern and apprentice community.
6. Update and manage a talent pool of young professionals.
7. Assist in the coordination of major HR events and ad hoc projects.
8. Contribute to team life by organizing meetings and events.

1. Previous internship or apprenticeship experience in Human Resources within demanding and dynamic environments.

1. Critical thinking and attention to detail.
2. Proactive, curious, and diplomatic communication skills.
3. Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
4. Fluency in English.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience in Human Resources internships or apprenticeships in fast-paced environments is required.
