Chanel Human Resources Assistant

- Coordinate administrative management of personnel, ensuring compliance with labor laws, including hiring, integration, contract management, absences, and departures.
- Collect, verify, and transmit payroll variables in collaboration with the HR Hub.
- Monitor and control time management and absences, ensuring data accuracy in time management software and compliance with labor legislation.
- Manage administrative follow-up for temporary staff, including requests, contracts, and invoices.
- Support recruitment processes, including job posting, interview organization, and candidate pre-selection.
- Ensure the reliability and consolidation of HR data, coordinating information sharing with teams and stakeholders.
- Develop administrative or disciplinary documents to support the HR team.
- Assist in deploying HR information to teams, including agreements, initiatives, and mandatory postings.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and management.
- Solid understanding of labor laws and social legislation.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
5 to 10 years of experience in human resources, preferably within an industrial production site.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
